It is not difficult to understand how the cost of running an organisation like Appledown is huge! Bills for staff, food, utilities, vets, cleaning, etc can and do run in to thousands of pounds every month. A large part of our income is from donations and we cannot continue to do what we do without them. The generosity of our supporters has saved many lives over the years.

By donating today, you can immediately start to change a rescue dog’s life for the better:

• £10 will keep a dog safe in a kennel for 24 hours. It covers staff care, utilities and cleaning.
• £12 will pay for flea and worming treatment
• £20 will pay for one part of a course of vaccinations for a stray
• £80 will pay for castrating a stray
• £120 will pay for spaying a stray

PAYPAL

For online donations, we use the PayPal Giving Fund. You do not have to set up a PayPal account to use it and it is safe and secure. The minimum donation is just £1 and there are no administration fees which means 100% of your donation goes to the kennels. You can set your donation to be monthly by checking the box that appears and please remember to Gift Aid your donation if you are a UK tax payer.

BANK TRANSFER

You can donate to us using electronic bank transfer, either a one-off donation or you can set up a regular monthly payment. Please email us for account details. If you are a UK tax payer, please consider applying Gift Aid using either of these forms:

You can either print off the relevant form and fill it in or save to your PC and complete using MS Word. The completed form must be returned to us either by post or email. See CONTACTS page for details.

TEXT MESSAGE:

You can donate £3 via your mobile phone by texting APPLE to 70111. The cost to you will be £3.00 plus your normal text charge.
Terms and Conditions: Each text is a one-off donation and does not tie you into any recurring donations. 100% of the £3.00 will go to Appledown Rescue. The cost to you is £3.00 plus your standard rate for a text message and the donation will be part of your mobile phone bill. Your mobile data will be secure and will not be shared or sold to any third party. You can text as often as you wish.
